Keeping our customers happy and loyal is very important to us! You may return your product within 15 days of purchase if your expectations are not met upon receipt of your item. The following are Cover Me Chic, L.L.C. requirements in making returns:

* The item must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
* Email us at info@covermechiconline.com to obtain exact return instructions.
* All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with attached tags and the original receipt.
* Shipping costs incurred in the original purchase of product are not refundable.
* Postage will be charged to the customer for the returned product.
* Using a traceable form of shipment (UPS, FedEx) or purchasing insurance is highly recommended for returns.

Any products returned that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Cover Me Chic, L.L.C. understands that making purchases over the internet might not meet your expectations once they arrive to you. Upon receipt, if you decide you need a different size or the fabric you chose is not to your liking, you may exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. The following are required in making exchanges:

* Email us at info@covermechiconline.com and provide your new choice of size/fabric and to obtain exact exchange instructions.
* The customer will be responsible for paying shipping for the item sent back to be exchanged, however Cover Me Chic, L.L.C.
will send the new item to you at no charge by Priority Mail Shipping. Shipping for the newly exchanged item by any method other than
Priority Mail will be paid for by the customer.
* Please return the item you wish to exchange in its original package unworn and unwashed with tags attached and the original invoice.

Any exchanges that do not meet our exchange requirements will be returned at the customer's expense.
